Tax
Taxes are required to be charged on reservations
made for owner stays at certain resorts. These
taxes can have different names but are commonly
referred to as lodging taxes or occupancy taxes.
The taxability of stays and the rate at which the
nightly stays are taxed vary by taxing authority
(state and/or local) based on the location of the
resort. Rates are not determined by Shell Vacations
Club and are subject to change without notice. Any
applicable taxes must be paid in full upon checkout
from any of the resorts listed below.

Anaheim
Tourism Improvement District (ATID) Assessment
In 2010 the Anaheim City Council established
the Anaheim Tourism Improvement District (ATID) as
a means of providing the necessary resources to
enhance tourism activity and increase hotel room
stays. The ATID establishes an assessment of 2% of
the room rent for all hotel facilities located
within the ATID boundaries. This assessment is not
a tax for the general benefit of the city; rather
it is an assessment for activities that provide
benefits directly to those hotels within the ATID.
This 2% nightly charge is applicable for stays at
the Peacock Suites Resort, and must be paid in full
upon checkout.
Napa Valley Fee
A $6.32 plus tax per-night City of Napa timeshare use fee applies to your accommodations.
